A life remembered
Mrs. Bibi Hosein, aged 62, of Barrackpore, Penal-Debe, passed peacefully on 24th June 2026, surrounded by those she loved.
Born and raised in the south of Trinidad, Bibi was a warm and industrious woman, well known and much loved at the Barrackpore market, where she traded as a vendor for many years, and a faithful devotee at her local Hindu mandir. She leaves to cherish her memory her children Vishnu, Kavita and Ramesh, her grandchildren, and a wide family circle across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.

Service & interment
- ✦Prayers will be held at the family home in Barrackpore and at the Penal Rock Road Hindu Mandir, followed by cremation at the Shore of Peace Cremation Site, Mosquito Creek. Family and friends are kindly asked to wear white. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Barrackpore Health Centre.
