A life remembered
Mrs. Bibi Hosein, aged 62, of Barrackpore, Penal-Debe, passed peacefully on 24th June 2026, surrounded by those she loved.
Born and raised in the south of Trinidad, Bibi was a warm and industrious woman, well known and much loved at the Barrackpore market, where she traded as a vendor for many years, and a faithful devotee at her local Hindu mandir. She leaves to cherish her memory her children Vishnu, Kavita and Ramesh, her grandchildren, and a wide family circle across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.

Service & interment
- ✦Prayers will be held at the family home in Barrackpore and at the Penal Rock Road Hindu Mandir, followed by cremation at the Shore of Peace Cremation Site, Mosquito Creek.
- ✦Family and friends are kindly asked to wear white.
- ✦In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Barrackpore Health Centre.
