A life remembered
Mr. Fitzgerald Charles, aged 57, of Scarborough, Tobago, passed peacefully on 3rd July 2026, in the loving care of his family.
Born and raised in Tobago, Fitzgerald was a faithful member of the Spiritual Baptist faith and a well-known shopkeeper whose little shop in Scarborough was a gathering place for neighbours and friends. Warm-hearted and generous to all who crossed his door, he leaves to mourn his wife Gemma, his children Kern, Aaliyah and Shaka, his grandchildren, and a close family across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.

Service & interment
- ✦A funeral service will be held at the Spiritual Baptist Church in Scarborough, followed by interment at the Scarborough Public Cemetery. Mourners are kindly asked to wear white. No flowers by request — donations may be made to the Scarborough General Hospital.
