A life remembered
Mrs. Gemma Cudjoe (née Gopaul), aged 68, of Roxborough, Tobago, passed peacefully on Monday, 6th July 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born and raised in the hills of eastern Tobago, Gemma was a devoted member of the New Testament Church of God in Roxborough, where her steadfast faith and her singing were a comfort to many. For more than thirty years she kept a well-loved village shop, greeting every customer as a neighbour and quietly helping those who had fallen on hard times. She is survived by her children Kwesi, Anisa and Roger, her grandchildren Shanice, Micah and Tyrell, and a wide circle of relatives and friends across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.

Service & interment
- ✦A service of thanksgiving will be held at the New Testament Church of God, Roxborough, followed by interment at the Roxborough Public Cemetery. Mourners are kindly asked to wear white or soft, light colours in celebration of her life. No flowers by request — donations in Gemma's memory may be made to the Roxborough Health Centre.
