A life remembered
Ms. Lily Wong, aged 70, of San Fernando, passed peacefully on the 30th of June 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. A gentle and devoted woman, she will be remembered for the quiet care she gave to all who crossed her path.
Born and raised in San Fernando, Lily was a faithful member of the Roman Catholic community and worshipped at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. For much of her life she served as a nurse, tending to the sick with patience and unfailing kindness. She is lovingly survived by her children Andrew, Michelle and Vincent, her grandchildren, and a wide circle of relatives and friends across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.

Service & interment
- ✦A Requiem Mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, San Fernando, followed by interment at Paradise Cemetery, San Fernando. The family kindly asks that mourners wear white or light colours in her memory. No flowers by request — donations may be made to the San Fernando General Hospital.
