Lee's Funeral Directors
Serving families with dignity and grace

How we work.
Lee's Funeral Directors — known affectionately to the families we serve as our "FamiLee" — has been solely family-owned and operated since 1995. The firm was inspired by the late Mr Kendrick Lee and founded by Mr Ronald Lee, who left a career in banking to train as a Funeral Director at the British Institute of Funeral Directors in England. From our home on the Eastern Main Road in St. Augustine, we have sustained a funeral home marketed primarily by the referrals of the families we have cared for.
“Every family is served with dignity, respect and grace. From the first call through to the days that follow the service, we honour each life entrusted to us with the reverence it deserves.”
Ours is a family tradition that now spans three generations. Mr Ronald Lee's son, Jean-Pierre Lee, serves as our Senior Embalmer, having earned an Associate of Science in Funeral Services, majoring in Embalming, from the Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Services in Atlanta. Danielle Lee has been a Funeral Director with the company since 2009. A small, long-standing team supports the family, trained to mirror our professional standards and uphold our FamiLee traditions.
We serve families of all religious faiths and backgrounds with pride and reverence. Celebrating life is important to us, and our aim is a simple one: to lessen the burden on your family so that you can focus on giving your loved one a dignified, unique and memorable farewell.
