A life remembered
Mr. Nigel La Rose, aged 79, of Guaico, Sangre Grande, passed peacefully on Monday, 15th June 2026, at home in the company of his family.
A son of the Guaico district, Nigel was a faithful member of the Guaico Pentecostal Assembly, where he served quietly as a steward for many years. By trade he was an electrician, known across the north-east for his steady hand and his willingness to answer a call at any hour. He is survived by his wife Cynthia, his children Dexter, Roselyn and Kwame, his grandchildren, and many relatives and friends across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.
Funeral arrangements
Service & interment
- ✦A funeral service will take place at the Guaico Pentecostal Assembly, followed by interment at the Sangre Grande Public Cemetery. The family kindly invites mourners to wear white or light colours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sangre Grande Hospital.
