A life remembered
Mr. Parasram Maharaj, aged 59, of Chaguanas, passed peacefully on 4th May 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Born and raised in Chaguanas, he was a faithful member of the Chaguanas Presbyterian Church, steadfast in his faith and generous in spirit. He worked for many years in the energy sector as an oil-field worker, respected by his colleagues for his dependability and good humour. He leaves to mourn his wife Sumintra, his children Rishi and Nalini, his grandchildren, and many relatives and friends across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.

Service & interment
- ✦A service of thanksgiving for his life will be held at the Chaguanas Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow at the Chaguanas Public Cemetery. Mourners are kindly asked to wear light colours. No flowers by request — donations may be made to the Chaguanas Presbyterian Church.
