A life remembered
Mrs. Radica Boodoo, aged 81, of Biche, Mayaro/Rio Claro, passed peacefully on 24th April 2026 at home, surrounded by her loved ones.
Born and raised in the eastern village of Biche, Radica served for many years as a civil servant before retiring to the family land she loved, where she kept a bountiful garden and an open door. A devoted Hindu, she worshipped at the Biche Hindu Mandir and was known for her generosity at every prayers and festival. She is survived and deeply mourned by her sons Rampersad and Ganesh, her daughter Chandra, and a large circle of grandchildren, relatives and friends across Trinidad & Tobago and the diaspora.

Service & interment
- ✦Prayers will be held at the family home in Biche, followed by a service at the Biche Hindu Mandir.
- ✦The cremation will take place at the Shore of Peace Cremation Site, Mosquito Creek, La Romaine.
- ✦Mourners are kindly asked to wear white. No flowers by request; donations may be made to the Biche Health Centre in her memory.
