A life remembered
Mr. Vernon Blake, aged 95, of Point Fortin, Point Fortin, passed peacefully on the date above, surrounded by his loving family.
Born and raised in Point Fortin, Vernon was a devoted member of Penal Church of God for over 29 years. He worked as a seamstress and was well known throughout the community for his generosity, quiet strength, and unwavering faith.
He is survived by his children Trevor, Delroy, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends across Trinidad and Tobago and the diaspora.
"Rest eternal grant unto them, O Lord."
Funeral arrangements
Service & interment
- ✦Funeral service for the late Vernon will be held at Plymouth Baptist Church, Point Fortin, Point Fortin at 10:00 AM.
- ✦Interment follows at the family plot.
- ✦The family kindly requests that mourners wear white or light colours.
- ✦No flowers by request — donations may be made to the Point Fortin Infirmary.
